PRON: AX3Q0179AX; NOUN: Mount, Rifle; NSN: 1005-01-587-7166; P/N/: HJX50009-210-1; min/max 70/210 each on a three year Basic + 2- 100% options type buy type contract applicable to OH-58D Army Helicopter Improvement Program (AHIP) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery on each PRON is 70 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) 70 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to D&R Engineering Inc. (CAGE Code: 3C086) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
