Full Description

The purpose of solicitation modification is revised the Title to 10' x 10' Exhibit Tens for RD. All Other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The soliciatation number is H92240-11-T-0133. The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for 10'X10" tents for Naval Special Warfare (NSW) awareness promotion events. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 effective 04 August 2011. The associated NAICS is 314912 with a Standard Business Size of 500 employees. SECTION B: Schedules of Supplies and Services - See attached SF-1449 Solicitation/Contract/order for Commercial Items #H92240-11-T-0133 dated 14 September 2011. Offerors must scrutinize this solicitation and ensure their quote and submission comply with all requirements. It is not sufficient to merely state your quote complies with the solicitation requirements. You must clearly identify how your quote meets all of the solicitation requirements. The offeror agrees tohold the prices in its quote firm for 45 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. Quotes shall be emailed to contact@example.gov in Microsoft Word Document. Quotes must be received in Microsoft Word Document, no later than 8:00 AM 26 September 2011. Quotes received after this time frame shall not be considered for award. The Government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government based on lowest price technically acceptable.
