100 Corporate Pointe

The 100 Corporate Pointe Project in Culver City, California, involves a Site Plan Review for the demolition of a 112,276 square foot office building and the subsequent construction of a 78-foot, 5 to 7 story mixed-use development. The new structure will feature 351 residential units, including 30 low-income affordable units, and 6,825 square feet of commercial space.
