The contract is a Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 334510, with award to be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror under a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation model. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 17, 2026, to the contracting officer via email and must include the company’s CAGE code, full pricing for all three CLINs—including the monitor, charger, and delivery—and confirmation of delivery within 90 days after receipt of order to the specified location in Westhampton Beach, New York. All items must be shipped FOB destination with access to a loading dock and forklift available upon arrival. Compliance with a wide array of FAR and DFARS clauses governs conduct, including prohibitions on foreign entities, trafficking in persons, subcontracting limitations, cybersecurity, and antiterrorism training for personnel requiring access to Air Force installations, where DBIDS badges and escorted access are required for secure areas. The government will inspect and accept the items at the delivery point, ensuring they meet or exceed the defined salient characteristics, with no allowance for deviations unless an “or equal” substitute can fully demonstrate identical physical, functional, and performance attributes.
