This Negotiable Request for Proposals (“the NRFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Site Representative Services as further described in Appendix 2 – Deliverables for Autumn Lodge and Spruce Grove Townhouses, Mackenzie, BCThe Supplier will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important role and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day-to-day operations of the premises, including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. Ideally, the principal Site Representative will have a minimum of two years’ experience.The Supplier and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to relate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive relations. Property DescriptionsAutumn Lodge, located at 90 Centennial Drive, Mackenzie, BC, is a one level housing complex for Seniors and those with Disabilities. Autumn Lodge consists of one 8-plex style building, with 8 units and has a crawl space and no stairs. Spruce Grove Townhouses, located at 96 Stuart Drive, Mackenzie, BC, is a housing complex for Families. Spruce Grove Townhouses consists of 6, two story townhouse buildings. There are 8 two-bedroom units, 18 three-bedroom units, and 4 four-bedroom units.A site meeting will be held for Proponents:Date: May 13, 2026Time: 10:00 a.m. Pacific TimePlace: Site Meeting will start at Spruce Grove Townhouses – 96 Stuart Drive, Mackenzie, BCAttendance is not mandatory; however, it is encouraged.
