The agreement term is for 12 months beginning October 1, 2026, with an option to extend up to four additional years in one-year increments at the government's discretion. Providers must carefully follow directions outlined in Sections L and M of the RFP, including potential subcontracting instructions, and be prepared for an onsite inspection of their facility. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to the designated email, signed by an authorized representative, and include the solicitation number in the subject line. While multiple awards are possible, the government reserves the right to select a single provider.
