This is a Sources Sought notice issued for market research and planning purposes only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and it does not constitute a commitment by the Government. No award will be made as a result of this notice. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify qualified and capable Small Businesses (including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Businesses) that can provide Small Air Mobile Shelters meeting the specific technical requirements outlined below.
Technical Specifications
The Government requires Small Air Mobile Shelters that meet the following minimum specifications:
Dimensions & Structure
Dimensions: At least 91" Height x 88" Width x 108" Length.
Pallet Size: Single Pallet size (approximately 90"x90"x108").
Design: Non-expandable, no windows.
Material: Aluminum.
Door: Single door, at least 33"W x 72"H.
Handling: Forkliftable from all sides.
Weight Limit: Total payload/item weight must not exceed 10,000 lbs max.
