11th Street Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon Improvements (CIP 72116)

Installation of pedestrian hybrid beacon (PHB) systems and associated pedestrian safety improvements at three existing crossings along 11th Street at 9th Street, E Street, and F Street. Improvements include pedestrian beacon and signal equipment, poles, foundations, accessible pedestrian features, pavement markings, signage, curb ramp and sidewalk modifications, electrical service, and related roadway improvements within existing public right-of-way. The purpose of the project is to improve pedestrian visibility, accessibility, and crossing safety along 11th Street. Beneficiaries of the project are pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists, and the general public.
