AI Contract Overview
The 1200 W Trunk Line Rehabilitation project involves the restoration of a sewer trunk line along 1300 South, from State Street to 700 West in Utah. The scope of work centers on the water-cured CIPP rehabilitation of approximately 6,386 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe with diameters ranging from 48 to 60 inches. Additionally, the project requires the epoxy coating of 16 manholes, comprehensive cleaning, video inspections, and the management of active and inactive sewer service laterals. To support these operations, the contractor must implement a flow control bypass pumping system with odor control and manage groundwater according to regulatory permits. The project necessitates extensive coordination and permitting with agencies including Salt Lake City Right of Way, UDOT, UPRR, and UTA, as well as the execution of public relations and outreach activities. Final deliverables include post-construction testing and video inspections to ensure the integrity of the rehabilitated trunk line and manholes.
