124 LRS Automated Tool Control (ATC)

The Idaho Air National Guard 124th Logistics Readiness Squadron has issued solicitation W50S7326QA008 for the procurement of two brand-name Snap-on Level 5 Automated Tool Control (ATC) top kit systems. This firm-fixed-price acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside intended to retrofit existing government-owned 54-inch roll cab base cabinets. The required systems must feature camera-based zero-FOD tool tracking, a 13.3-inch LED resistive touchscreen compatible with heavy-duty gloves, and network-ready access control supporting HID or magnetic stripe cards. Technical requirements include compatibility with the LockView software network and adherence to the DoD Risk Management Framework for cybersecurity. Delivery of the units is required by March 1, 2027, at the destination in Boise, Idaho, with the contractor bearing all transportation costs.
