McGill's researchers are known around the world for their discoveries and innovations. McGill University research laboratories generate approximately 30,000 kg of non-anatomical biomedical waste per year. The University wishes to acquire a state-of-the-art sterilization unit to efficiently manage and control biomedical waste locally. DESCRIPTION DU CONTRAT CONTRACT DESCRIPTION Cet AO a pour but d’octroyer un contrat pour l’achat et l’installation d’une unité de stérilisation avec une garantie du manufacturier d’un minimum d’un an couvrant les pièces et la main d’oeuvre, et un contrat de service d’une durée de trois (3) ans pour la maintenance préventive. L’Université McGill pourra prolonger le terme de deux (2) périodes de douze (12) mois additionnels pour une durée totale maximale de soixante (60) mois. This CFT aims to award a contract for the supply and installation of a biomedical waste sterilization unit with a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour, and three (3) year service contract is required for preventive maintenance. McGill University may extend the term by two (2) periods of twelve (12) additional months for a total maximum duration of sixty (60) months. CONDITIONS PARTICULIÈRES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS L’achat d’équipement inclura la livraison et l’installation sera effectuée par le Fournisseur. Le contracteur général de l’Université préparera le site pour l’installation par le Fournisseur. The purchase of the equipment must include delivery and the installation must be performed by the Supplier. The University’s general contractor will make the site ready for installation by the Supplier.
