The applicant is requesting bids and proposals for the following scope of work:
- Licenses ONLY - 36 month licensing - on the following existing inventory of WAPs: Qty 120 - HPE Aruba Networking Central AP Foundation 3-year Subscription - E-STU Hewlett Packard Enterprise or equivalent Qty 120
- Licenses ONLY - 36 month licensing - on the following existing inventory of Switches: Qty 6 - HPE Aruba Networking Central Switch Class-4 Foundation 3-year Subscription E-STU Hewlett Packard Enterprise or equivalent Qty 6
Qty 2 - HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 Plus Network Choice -or equivalent - Caching server - rack-mountable Xeon Silver 4310 2.1 GHz - 32 GB
The agreement or contract must specifically identify the eligible internal connections covered, including product name, SKU, model number and location.
- All Non-recurring costs eligible/ineligible are to be identified, including purchasing, travel expenses, licenses required, sales tax, shipping/staging, installation/configuration.
- Contracts are valid only if funding is awarded.
Bid/Quote Requirements:- Please make special note that all bids and all questions must be submitted via email to two (2) separate destinations as follows: both Nicole M. Schramm, Director of Finance and Operations / CSBO West Northfield School District 31, at nschramm@district31.net and also to Ed Alvarado, IT Director, at ealvarado@district31.net no exceptions.
- There will be no bidders conference or job walks.
- To assure all vendors receive identical information, applicants will not discuss the Form 470 by phone.

- The Applicant prefers Service Provider Invoicing and will score bids in accordance with the bidders agreement to abide by this preference.
