This posting to to attach Questions and Answers and a revised RFP (dated 5/24/2024), showing a change in Section F.3, Schedule of Deliverables, only. This posting is a correction of the Due Date for Questions. The correct Due Date for Questions regarding this soliciation is May 22, 2024. A corrected RFP is herein attached that includes the correct due date for Questions (Section L.4, Solicitation Questions). The Closing Date remains June 22, 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for 13F List Services, a quarterly list of public securities which complies with Section 13(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Proposals are due on 6/14/2024, 5pm EST. The RFP will solicit on a Full and Open Competiion in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The public will have an opportunity to respond with questions after the RFP is released. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor SAM.gov for this issuance and any updates to the solcititation.
