It is the Government's intent to acquire STINGER engineering services for program management, engineering, product assurance and test, configuration management, and logistics on a sole source basis from Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS), 1151 E. Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ 85756. CAGE code: 15090. This contract will be cost-plus-fixed fee. The requirement is for a base year with five additional options to be exercised from CY 2012 through CY 2016 with a total of 382,450 engineering service hours. RMS is the prime contractor and the only source that can perform this requirement in the required timeframe. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. All requests must be in writing.
