Full Description

The requirement is for hardware, services and documentation to be provided by Raytheon Company, Integrated Defense Systems (Contractor) to the United States Government (USG) for the United Arab Emirates UAE PATRIOT PAC-3 System (UAE PATRIOT System) Program. This requirement consists of 216 Guidance Enhanced Missiles, and 10 PATRIOT fire units. The work required shall be performed in accordance with the SOW, the CAPSTONE SOW and the terms and conditions of the Contract. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and other services necessary to perform the requirements for engineering, new production hardware, hardware upgrades/modifications, system software, system software upgrades, services (i.e. installation, refurbishment, inspection, training, technical support, logistics support, test support, program management, configuration management, hazardous material management, obsolescence management, safety and other related services), test equipment, System Integration and Check-Out (SICO), Field Surveillance and documentation to be provided to Foreign Military Sale (FMS) UAE PATRIOT Programs. This Sole Source effort will be awarded to Raytheon Company, Integrated Defense Systems as the system prime contractor, the developer and producer of the PATRIOT Weapon System, the only source that has knowledge and expertise to perform the effort.
