Solicitation for the 14 WPS Audio/Visual Refresh, please view the solicitation document and its attachments for all applicable details.
There was a mandatory site visit for this solicitation with options to attend on either 24 June or 28 July 2026. Quotes received for contractors that did not attend the first OR second site visit will be excluded.
All quotes are due 14 August 2026 at 2359 CDT. All quotes must be valid through 31 October 2026.
The evaluation factors for award are Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). In accordance with (IAW) the solicitation instructions, please provide a price break-down in your quote, and a technical capability narrative that demonstrates an understanding of the requirement and responsibilities IAW the Statement of Work (SOW).
