Solicitation SPRPA109RX860, issued by the Navsup Weapon Systems Support, is for the procurement of three units of NSN 7R-1680-015048885-V2 control, navigation, and similar replacement parts. The delivery terms are FOB Origin. Due to the flight critical nature of the items and a lack of available government technical data or data rights, the parts must be acquired from manufacturing sources specified on a source control or selected item drawing per DoD-STD-100. Because the government cannot economically obtain the necessary data to support full and open competition, only previously approved sources have been solicited. Any entity not currently approved must submit comprehensive documentation as detailed in the Naval Inventory Control Point Philadelphia Source Approval Information Brochure along with their proposal. Failure to provide the required source approval data or proof of a pending request will result in the offer not being considered for award.
