Full Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order on a sole-source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-08-G-0009 to Northrop Grumman Space & Mission System, One Rancho Carmel, Mail Station RC1/3279, San Diego, CA 92128-3403. Northrop Grumman Space & Mission System owns the data rights to the previous GrIIM RePr RePLACE. This effort is an extension of the GrIIM RePr development and will require updates to the old L-304 software already developed/used I the E-2C Group Operational flight Program (OFP). Specifically, under this development effort, the contractor will need to be able to modify the OFP to add functionality in the form of Software Trouble Reports (STRs) required from the fleet and residing in the GrIIM RePr computer. In addition, Northrop Grumman has the infrastructure, algorithms, Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs), and software tools available for many of the new requirements. See Numbered Note 22.
