This item is designated as a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and is part of an FMS case. The award is subject to strict quality and source approval requirements; offerors must provide all data required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure to be considered. Technical repairs must adhere to original manufacturer specifications and drawings, and the contractor is responsible for inspection and testing at their own facility, though the government reserves the right to perform on-site inspections via a Quality Assurance Representative. Packaging must meet best standard commercial practices for overseas shipment, specifically adhering to MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129. Administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system for invoicing and compliance with various FAR and DFARS clauses regarding trade agreements, cybersecurity, and domestic preferences.

Solicitation # N0038326QDA44
This Request for Quotation, issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia, seeks firm-fixed pricing for the teardown, evaluation, repair, modification, and overhaul of five Power Supply units (NSN 6130-20-008-9777). The primary objective is to return these items to a Ready For Issue (RFI) condition, ensuring they perform reliably in their intended operational environment.
