The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for four 16’ foot., off-the shelf aluminum utility boat complete with engine, trailer and sonar. Two utility boats are to be delivered to Regina and two utility boats are to be delivered to Winnipeg. Their primary role will be supporting POLICE operations including patrol, interdiction, transport of personnel and search & rescue. The vessels will be generally shore based, launched and recovered by trailer, or deployed often in areas without docks or proper ramps.
Options to purchase
RCMP reserves the right to exercise the option to purchase additional quantity of 1 boat as specifications detailed in article 4 in Annex A.

All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31st 2024.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
