This Procurement is for the Repair Effort of One Blackhawk (UH-60) Control Unit (NSN: 2995-01-530-2352; P/N: 4082T99G17). The Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TT&E) Effort will be requested initially. Upon completion of the TT&E the Repair and Rebuild (R&R) Effort will be procured. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with ONLY one source thus this Notice IS NOT a request for Competitive Quotes and no written Solicitation will be issued.
