55 CONS is conducting a Sources Sought to determine the interest and availability of vendors for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase agreement for Cloud Service Provider (CSP) credits set forth within the attached Statement of Need (SON).


We are intending to award this as a competative Brand Name requirement with a certified Amazon Web Services reseller.  Offerors may submit alternate "equal to" proposals for consideration by the governement.


Salient Characteristics must include:


-The company must be able to provide Cloud Service Provider (CSP) capabilities in regions designated for US Government only use and commercial.


-Those CSPs must have the capability to host Impact Level 6 (IL6) based on the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG).


-The company must be authorized to offer capabilities in those US Government only regions up to IL6. 


- The company must be capable of providing payment services (credits) on behalf of wholly governement operated accounts.
