Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center; Bloomfield, NM 4. Four Corners Regional Health Center; Red Mesa, AZ 5. Gallup Indian Medical Center; Gallup, NM 6. Inscription House Health Center; Shonto, AZ 7. Kayenta Health Center; Kayenta, AZ 8. Many Farms Dental Clinic; Many Farm, AZ 9. Northern Navajo Medical Center; Shiprock, NM 10. Pinon Health Center; Pinon, AZ 11.
