These projects are subject to coverage under the Davis-Bacon and related acts. Contractors bidding shall comply with the City of Erie’s MBE and WBE Policy.
Bids shall be made upon the official proposal forms attached to the specifications.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a Corporate Surety Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Certificate of Deposit in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
