This requirement is to provide an update of the 193rd Giant Voice System (to include the installation of SD CARD, Controllers and Digital Voice Copy), in accordance with the salient characteristics listing, included in the solicitation document. Please provide your proposed product, technical specification sheet and pricing sheet, in PDF Format. PLEASE NOTE: ALL solicitations must be solicited via the PIEE solicitation module. Any quotes received outside of the PIEE Solicitation Module may not be considered. Please make note of the solicitation closing date in the PIEE solicitation module, as the system will not allow for late submissions. A site visit will be conducted for this requirement to allow offerors to view the auditorium and associated equipment. The site visit will be held on 9 September 2026 at 2:00 pm. Site Visit address is 81Constellation Court, Middletown, PA 17057. Please provide the following information, via email, to SMSgt Jessica Barder at jessica.barder.2@us.af.mil and MSgt Aaron Snow aaron.snow.2@us.af.mil by 2:00pm on 8 September 2026.
