The proposed contractor, Instituto de Ingenieros de Minas del Perú (IIMP), holds the exclusive rights to organize and manage the World Mining Congress 2026 in Peru, including the sale and allocation of exhibition space. As the official show organizer, IIMP is the only entity authorized to sell booth and pavilion space within the World Mining Congress venue. There are no alternative vendors or intermediaries through which the U.S. Government could acquire the required space for the U.S. Pavilion
