The purpose of this Statement of Objectives (SOO) is to obtain comprehensive maintenance, calibration, repair, and sustainment services for specialized laboratory and analytical equipment in support of the 1st GFML. The objective is to maximize equipment availability, ensure continuous analytical precision, and extend the lifecycle of the supported devices through proactive preventative maintenance, certified calibration, and responsive corrective repair for the GFML for up to five (5) years.  See Attachment SOO_GFML_Service Contract.
