This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is amended to included the Certificate of Conformance requirement. The Government intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to WARSILA LIPS, INC. 3617 KOPPENS WAY, CHESAPEAKE VA, 23323-2531 under authority of FAR 6.302.
