The contract pertains to the procurement of two fish net pen systems for deployment at Upper Klamath Lake and Gerber Reservoir in Oregon to support the conservation and restoration of endangered Lost River and Shortnose Suckers. Each system includes a 120-foot by 25-foot frame with walkway and two 25-foot by 59-foot by 15-foot net pens, constructed with dual 18-inch HDPE pontoons, 12-inch HDPE cross pipes, non-treated Doug fir lumber, and 1.5-inch by 1.5-inch fiberglass decking. The period of performance for installation is from April 6, 2026, to August 31, 2026, with the overall contract running from June 15, 2026, to June 14, 2027.
