The Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) Maritime Tailored Support Team is preparing to issue a HUBZone set-aside solicitation encompassing approximately 635 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) across multiple Federal Supply Classes, with an anticipated five-year total demand value of around $9 million. This solicitation is designed specifically for HUBZone-certified companies interested in providing competitive products made to government drawings, none of which involve specialized restrictions such as critical safety items, hazardous materials, or first article testing. Notably, some bidset and drawing packages may have restricted access, requiring companies to obtain a Joint Canadian Program certification number and DSCC Data Custodian status. Those lacking access must complete a DD Form 2345 to gain viewing privileges for restricted documentation. Interested HUBZone firms wishing to receive solicitation notifications must submit their company details, including name, Cage Code, DUNS Number, mailing address, and point of contact information, directly to the contract officer via email. The solicitation covers a broad range of FSC groups including components and materials used in maritime applications. For assistance or additional details, companies may contact the DSCC Small Business Office or the designated Contracting Officer. This initiative aims to streamline procurement for maritime-related supply needs while supporting HUBZone enterprises.
