Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport has a requirement for a Propellers; aft right-handed and forward left-handed. Requirements for each propeller include delivery of one each first article and 19 each production units, with the option for 20 each additional production units. The requirement will include Drawings restricted by the Arms Export Control Act that are ONLY available to vendors/contractors appointed Data Custodian that is registered with DLIS (Defense Logistics Info Svc Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendor’s/Contractor’s Data Custodian’s that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ or by phone at +1 (555) 000-0000. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars will be included in the solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332710, with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Delivery of first articles will be required within 90 days of contract award, with production units delivered on or before 1 August 2013. Solicitation N00253-12-R-0035 will be issued as a request for proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 15 on or about 7 September 2012. The solicitation will be posted electronically via the NECO website at www.neco.navy.mil. Restricted drawings and technical information will only be available by accessing FedBizOpps.
