The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract and will utilize procedures with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures with WESTERN BRANCH DIESEL, INC 724 Booger Hill Road, Danielsville, GA, 30633-6203 for Westerbeke Genset parts for 17 generators for Harbor Security Boats as required by Commander, Naval Support Activity Bahrain, Operations Department. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
