Full Description

Maritime Administration (MARAD) intends to acquire on a sole source basis the services of Technical Marine Service, Inc. to inspect and repair Automation for Deck & Ballast Control and for Propulsion Control as necessary for the USCG COI and ABS Annual Survey in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Government intends to solicit the proposed contract for services with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit offers. Referenced Statement of Work is attached. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received before the response date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested persons should identify their interest and capability to provide these services or submit quotes to Ms. Melissa Reams via e-mail at contact@example.gov NLT 2 p.m. PST 30 December 2016.
