The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source delivery order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-12-G-0006 with the Bell Boeing Joint Project Office for the procurement of Avionics and Flight Controls, Systems Engineering and Software Maintenance Support for the V-22 aircraft.
