The work to be done for this project, shown on the Drawings entitled, “Home Demolition and Site Restoration at Blackwell Forest Preserve, 28 W 415 Mack Road West Chicago, IL” and “Home Demolition and Site Restoration at Warrenville Grove Forest Preserve, 28 W 140 Main Street Warrenville, IL” prepared by the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County dated 9/15/2020, consists of demolishing district structures and foundation, removing foundations and base stone. Utilities will be abandoned and demolished as shown on plans and the former building site will then be backfilled with clean fill and 6” of topsoil, seeded and stabilized with erosion control blanket.
