Consists of erecting a prefabricated building, installing overhead doors with electric openers, entry doors, glass block windows, 200 amp electric services panel, interior lighting and electrical components, emergency and remote lighting, interior steel liner panels, and related appurtenances. Separate copies of Bid Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, and Proposal Forms can be obtained at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder’s Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of The Steel Rivers Council of Governments and in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will immediately enter into Agreement after the Notice of Award of the Contract and commence start of contracted work immediately thereafter.
