Collingdale Borough will receive bids on-line via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 1:00 PM EST on May 22, 2024 for the 2024-2027 Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Roadway Maintenance. Documents will be available on-line at no cost at www.PennBid.net beginning at noon May 6, 2024. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania as posted through PennBid in the amount of $300.00. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Bids will be opened online and referred to the Borough for Award.
