OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Bernard Fineson DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services at multiple sites in Queens County. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, plowing, shoveling, blowing of snow, and ice control/removal. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The contractor or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 2 years of relevant experience. The contractor will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive contractor(s) that provide the lowest Estimated Annual Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services Total per Cluster.
