PUBLIC NOTICE UPPER GWYNEDD TOWNSHIP NOTICE TO BIDDERS Electronic SEALED BIDS will be received by Upper Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, on behalf of the Montgomery County Consortium of Municipal Managers for eleven communities in Montgomery County for the delivery and purchase of: • Approximately 64,100 gallons of #2 Fuel Oil for one (1) year from August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025. Sealed bids shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program until 10:00 AM, on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at the Upper Gwynedd Township Administration Building, 1 Parkside Place, North Wales PA 19454. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost at PennBid - www.PennBid.net. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond as specified in the General Instructions section 1.A. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% is required.
