The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 AM (prevailing time), same date. Copies of Bidding Documents for the 2024 Library Heat Pump Replacement project are available online and at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. NOTE: The Commissioners of Manheim Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids.
