The Paoli Community School is seeking proposals for the purchase of 10 short depth UPS Battery Backups for our network switches currently in use across the district. The replacement is contingent upon receiving Category 2 E-Rate funding for internal connections in the 2025-26 Filing Year. If E-Rate funding for Category 2 internal connections is not granted, the project will not proceed and all proposals will be denied. The purchase will take place after the District receives the award information concerning E-Rate and approval from school board. Looking at 10 short depth UPS battery backups to work in a rack mount wall cabinets for our poe network switches 1-2u , looking at 1000-1500va with a minimum of 6 plugs and prefer 3 year warranty. District Responsibilities The District will install equipment in existing locations. Main Contact/Walk Through The District Technology Director will be the main point of contact for installation and questions about the network. The Technology Director will provide access for one-time site survey for interested bidding parties, and will answer questions relevant to the installation and integration with existing network. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason, and to waive any technicalities.
