Upon the outside or exterior of which is found the contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility number or statement to the effect that the bid enclosed does not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars), pursuant to the provisions of ?§31-3-21 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended. The bid opening will be held in the Conference Room on the 1st floor of City Hall.
