THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID (RFB). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose of this Solicitation/Event is to receive responses and award a contract with a Contractor to provide hosting the 2025 CYSHN Local Public Health Annual Meeting.
DATES: The dates for the conference will be one option from the following selected dates: Preferred Dates are [05/05/25 – 05/06/25], Alternative Dates are [05/12/25 – 05/13/25].
The estimated number of attendees is 150. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of attendees, or meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.
GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS: The conference facility must be located within 100 miles of:
