INVITATION TO BID 2025 Library Heat Pump Replacement Sealed bids for the 2025 Library Heat Pump Replacement project consisting of the replacement of existing heat pumps within the Manheim Township Public Library, located at 595 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601, will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania until 10:00 AM, Thursday, May1, 2025. The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 AM (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available end of business day, same date. Copies of Bidding Documents for the 2025 Library Heat Pump Replacement project are available online and at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. NOTE: The Commissioners of Manheim Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Manheim Township Board of Commissioners. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with his bid.
