The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the 2025 Alley Resurfacing Program. This project is for two alleys, as indicated in the plans. Alley 1 is located between E 9th St. and E 10th St. from College Ave. to Mississippi Blvd. Alley 2 is located between Kirkwood Blvd and E 15th St. from Arlington Ave. to Bridge Ave. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the removal of the PCC and HMA roadway pavement for the length of the project, full depth aggregate stone base material, geo fabric / grid materials if needed, reconstruction of the roadway with a PCC alley approaches and HMA pavement, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent driveway approaches, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil and sodding, and erosion control. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
