A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 10, 2026, at 10:00 am at the site location, 2101 Pace Street, Covington, GA 30014. A 5% Bid Bond will be required with bid. A Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% will be required from awarded contractor.
