2026 -2 Road Resurfacing Project (various locations)

The City of Niagara Falls Engineering Division is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026-2 Road Resurfacing Project (R.S. 944), involving pavement milling and resurfacing at various locations throughout the city. The scope of work includes the installation of ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, drainage basin replacements, striping, spot curb replacements, and inductance loop installations. The project is expected to be completed within a contract term of forty working days. Proposals must be submitted on blank forms by 2:00 PM on October 20, 2026, to the Office of the City Engineer. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 13, 2026. Bidders are required to provide bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond for at least 5 percent of the bid price. The successful contractor must furnish performance and payment bonds for 100 percent of the accepted proposal amount, as well as a completed Insurance Information Form. There are currently no established goals for SDVOB, MBE, WBE, or DBE participation for this procurement.
