GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1 Introduction The Clark County Public Transportation Benefit Area (d/b/a C-TRAN) is requesting information from qualified firms interested in providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) services for the Facility 51st Circle Roof Replacement.
