Full Description

The 2026 Anti-Tamper Conference invites original, previously unpublished submissions addressing a broad spectrum of Anti-Tamper (AT) topics relevant to the development, evaluation, and management of systems with AT requirements. We encourage submissions from suppliers, universities, and other organizations presenting innovative technologies, tools, methodologies, applications, and results in the field of Anti-Tamper. Papers will be selected based on their relevance, data quality, technical significance, and interpretation of results. Submissions focused on AT techniques should clearly articulate the specific attacks mitigated and the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of the technique. The conference audience comprises both contractor and government personnel; therefore, all papers and presentations must be non-proprietary. All submitted abstracts will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings, regardless of presentation selection. Poster sessions and vendor tables will be available for company representatives. Abstract acceptance is based solely on the information provided in the submitted abstract. Presentations will be approximately 20 minutes in length.

AFLCMC Armament Directorate Rapid Response (ADRR) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for Innovative Execution
Solicitation # FA8682-24-C-S001
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Armament Directorate at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is utilizing the Armament Directorate Rapid Response Commercial Solutions Opening for Innovative Execution as an umbrella competitive solicitation to acquire innovative commercial products, technologies, and services. This vehicle, governed by 10 U.S.C. 3458 and DFARS Subpart 212.70, is designed to rapidly develop novel weapons capabilities through the use of digital engineering, agile software, and open system architectures. The CSO does not commit the government to any specific contract or funding but establishes a framework where specific requirements are posted as Spirals. These Spirals may result in awards via FAR Part 12 contracts or Other Transaction agreements under 10 U.S.C. 4022. The current closing date for the CSO has been extended to June 4, 2027. Technical areas of interest include digital engineering and modeling, software infrastructure such as DevSecOps pipelines, and hardware design and testing. Past and current Spirals have addressed programs such as the ERAM program, Lugged Affordable Cruise Missile, Counter-Air Missile Program, and the Family of Affordable Mass Missiles Beyond Adversary Reach. Proposals are evaluated based on technical merit, importance to agency programs, and funds availability, with price assessed to ensure it is fair and reasonable. Award eligibility requires registration in the System for Award Management and the Wide Area Workflow system for milestone-based invoicing. The government maintains strict security requirements, including the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information and prohibitions on specific foreign software and hardware.
