2026 CDBG Asbestos Abatement and Demolition Project

The City of Victorville is soliciting bids for the 2026 CDBG Asbestos Abatement and Demolition Project (MS27-034), a federally funded initiative through the Community Development Block Grant program. The project requires a qualified contractor to perform asbestos and lead abatement, full demolition of structures and foundations, removal of site improvements and landscaping, and utility capping at four specific properties: 11757 Kittering Road, 13733 Starshine Drive, 16672 E Street, and 18401 Shay Road. The successful contractor must be licensed by the Contractor's State License Board and registered with Cal/OSHA, ensuring all hazardous material removal is conducted under the supervision of a certified asbestos consultant.
